If this were to happen, would it be a step-up from Berserk? So, it takes 10 hits for you?

Yes and it would be an extra button; but one daily use which would deal more damage.

Merge all permanent servers to consolidate the dwindling user-base. Keep the temp servers but the extra perm servers have no function except to divide an already small number of users into several hundred countries, most of which do not have functional governance.

I agree with you there actually. After 7 months, I can see that the game is dying or something. One permeant server would definitely see more activity.
